I think all of us recognize the fact that we got overweight in the first place by consuming too much and the solution we’re taught is to consume more. The interesting thing about the diet is that you don’t have to change what you eat. You take a day or two a week to fast and that’s it. The rest of the time you can eat like you regularly eat now. Go eat out at a restaurant or have some birthday cake because that’s fine. The fasting is where the weight loss comes from.
